The EKU Roster has been updated with Britt's official team photo. It strikes me how grown up she looks now.

This morning's practice was a hard one, and add to it the heat and the humidity. Britt said the Coach was getting frustrated during the afternoon, but she said the girls were just still tired from the morning practice. Britt is thinking they are going to pay for it tomorrow. When Shari mentioned to her that she had a game Sunday, Britt had no idea what day it was....

One of Britt's best friends from California, Missy, came to visit tonight with her parents and they all went out to dinner. Missy is moving into University of Kentucky tomorrow, it is less than a 30 minute drive away. When they got there, Britt was wearing soccer shorts and a t-shirt and was still wet and said she was ready. She told them that is all she has worn for a week and she hasn't put on makeup since she's been there. They went out to dinner at a local Mexican restaurant, I am thinking they didn't have too many choices. Britt gave them a tour of her dorm and the soccer clubhouse, and they met her roommates... Missy's mom said Britt looked great, and it seemed like Britt was really happy and having a great time so far.

They went to Steak and Shake after dinner so Britt could have a big milk shake. Apparently Britt lost 4 pounds today, and she had to gain some of it back or risk getting benched tomorrow. They weigh them in and out every day, and they cannot lose more than 2% of their body weight or the coaches know they're not eating or drinking enough.

Her roommate, Raich (the Team Captain), asked her to help her coach a local girls club team tomorrow. Maybe kind of a big deal, I'm thinking....
